The objective of this document is to define performance criteria for the different roles carried out by the SFF, based on the definitions adopted in the current Strategic Framework. There is a description of the criteria and working methodology used to meet the objectives, and for which the available resources were considered.
It includes a brief description of the SFF's organization structure, and the responsibilities of each reporting line to the Superintendent.
